Custom Vest / Sizes XS - 5X / Various Options

This vest can be made with collar (as shown in photos) or with a double hood. Vest is made with rounded front hem, but can be made with a straight hem. Please use comments for details or questions. Pockets can be made in cargo, side seam, or vertical front (handwarmer) pockets. You supply the printed fabric. Best fabric for these vests is: soft shell with fleece backing, fleece, double faced pre-quilted cotton, or puffer vinyl. Ponte and other fabrics work well with this pattern, if they have stability. 2 way stretch fabric works the best. If you are using a fabric that does not have stretch, size up. This vest is designed to be roomy to wear over other clothing (layers) so if you want a more fitted vest, size down.

Fabric requirement for vest with collar is 1 yard for sizes up to XL. Add 1/2 yard for hood. Sizes 2X - 5X 1.25 yards. Add 1/2 yard for hood.

The contrast fabric for collar or hood (excluding reflective fabric) is supplied by SSM, as well as binding (excluding reflective binding). We use our quality performance moisture wick fabric for contrast as well as high quality cotton/polyester binding.

Hand wash in cold water, mild detergent and line dry. No bleach, iron or dry clean.
